Our Warranty Protection
We stand behind the quality of our products with a warranty that covers defects in materials and workmanship. Our warranty period typically spans from two (2) to five (5) years from your purchase date, unless otherwise specified in our full policy. During this time, we’re here to repair or replace any parts found to be defective or damaged.
Our warranty extends to all our product categories, including desks, chairs, filing cabinets, and storage units. However, it’s important to note that it doesn’t cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, or normal wear and tear. Moreover, any modifications or alterations to B2B-Mobili products will immediately void the warranty.
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t apply to damage caused by activities outside standard office use, such as:
- Discoloration due to stains, soiling, inks, or dyes
- Surface color changes or discolorations from light/sunlight exposure, heat, or aging
- Failures resulting from normal wear and tear
- Textile pilling
- Natural wood grain variations
- Damage from writing instruments or sharp objects
- Overloading furniture beyond its weight capacity
- Improper installation, except when completed by B2B-Mobili or a B2B-Mobili authorized installation partner
- Failures to install, reconfigure, or maintain products according to B2B-Mobili or manufacturer instructions and guidelines
- Items exposed to non-office environments (e.g., warehouse or outdoor settings)
Additionally, replaced parts carry a warranty of only one (1) year from the date of installation.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
Should you need to make a warranty claim, our customer service team is here to assist you. They will work closely with you to assess the issue and find a suitable solution. To expedite the process, we may request proof of purchase or photographs of the damage.
